We provide the Game for entertainment purposes. The Game may be:

We do not guarantee continuous availability.

3. Age Requirements

Parents are responsible for minors' usage.

4. Account Responsibility

If the Game uses accounts:

• You are responsible for your account

• Reverse engineer the game

• Interfere with servers or systems

Violations may result in ban or termination.

6. Virtual Items & Currency

The Game may include Gold, Elixir, Gems, Heroes and other items.

• These have no real-world value
• You do NOT own them
• They cannot be sold or transferred

We may modify or remove them at any time.

7. Payments & Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do NOT store payment information.

Refunds are subject to platform rules and are not guaranteed unless required by law.

8. Game Changes & Balancing

We may at any time:

• Change game mechanics
• Adjust heroes, rewards, or difficulty
• Reset or modify progress

You accept that the game evolves over time.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights belong to Piko Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş., including game design, characters, UI, code, and assets. You may not use or copy without permission.

10. User Content

If the Game includes chat or social features, you agree NOT to share illegal or offensive content or violate others' rights. We may remove content at any time.

11. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee error-free gameplay or continuous uptime.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are NOT responsible for data loss, account loss, progress loss, or indirect damages.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, we detect suspicious activity, or if required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. All disputes fall under Turkish courts.
